How can I get involved?

ZOVA device compatibility
We provide ZOVA videos in two distinct formats: one for Apple Devices (iPods, iPhones etc) and one for other devices (Mobile phones, Zunes and other video players).
1. Apple devices include the range of video iPods, iPhones and iPod touches. If you own an Apple device, choose the download for Apple Devices option, import the files into your iTunes movies library, then sync your Apple device. This file type supports chapters, which means you can shuffle forwards and backwards through exercises with ease.
2. We also provide ZOVA videos in the universal video format of mpeg4. This is the coolest of all and should work on just about anything that supports video. Unfortunately you can't use chapters, because the file type won't let us embed them. We're currently working on a solution.
How do I purchase a ZOVA video?
You can buy ZOVA videos from the
videos page
. We use PayPal to process all of our transactions, so you know your details are safe.
Downloading your file?
When you download a file from ZOVA it may arrive on your computer in a compressed format called a zip. Before you can open the files, you'll need to decompress, or "unzip" it.
If you're on a Mac, double-click the file and that’s it. Locate the unzipped files and your away!
If you're on a PC, right-click the file and choose Extract All... You're also done.
Don't see an "Extract All..." option?
Try renaming the file to something simple, like "music.zip". The important thing is to make sure the name ends with ".zip". Then right-click it again. You should now see "Extract All..." in the menu. If you still don't see Extract All, double-click the file. This will open a window listing the files inside. Press Ctrl+A to select all the files, then drag them into a folder or onto your desktop.
If that doesn't work either, you may simply not have unzipping software built into your PC. Easy to fix just visit https://shopm.winzip.com/
